The Opportunity

As a Client Experience Advisor, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for every customer who visits our stores. Through genuine conversations and a warm, welcoming approach, you'll build meaningful connections, understand individual needs, and create an environment that keeps customers coming back.

From supporting customers on the shop floor to processing transactions, replenishing stock, maintaining store standards, and bringing exciting in-store events and promotions to life, you'll contribute to every aspect of the customer journey.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Creating memorable customer experiences through genuine conversations and personalised service.
  • Building strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Supporting store performance through excellent service and commercial awareness.
  • Processing transactions accurately and maintaining efficient front-of-house operations.
  • Receiving, organising, and replenishing stock to ensure products are available for customers.
  • Maintaining store standards, presentation, and visual displays.
  • Supporting store events, activations, and promotions.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Supporting new store opening and operational activities where required.

What you’ll bring…

We're looking for people who are passionate about creating great experiences and helping others.

You may come from retail, hospitality, leisure, travel, customer service, healthcare, entertainment, or another people-focused industry, with experience in customer-facing, operational, or stock-focused roles.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence engaging with people from all backgrounds.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and team-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • The ability to comfortably perform physical tasks, including stock handling and replenishment activities.
