A growing technology business is looking to hire a Client Experience Analyst to join its London team.

This opportunity would suit a recent graduate with relevant internship experience or someone with 1–2 years' experience looking to build a client-facing career within technology and financial services.

The Role

  • Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the company's platform.
  • Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.
  • Resolve client queries and work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are handled efficiently.
  • Help improve client engagement and identify ways to enhance the overall customer experience.

About You

  • A degree (or equivalent) with relevant internship experience, or 1–2 years' professional experience.
  • Previous experience in client services, customer success, onboarding, account management, or financial services is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • An interest in technology and delivering an excellent customer experience.
