A growing technology business is looking to hire a Client Experience Analyst to join its London team.
This opportunity would suit a recent graduate with relevant internship experience or someone with 1–2 years' experience looking to build a client-facing career within technology and financial services.
The Role
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the company's platform.
- Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.
- Resolve client queries and work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are handled efficiently.
- Help improve client engagement and identify ways to enhance the overall customer experience.

About You
- A degree (or equivalent) with relevant internship experience, or 1–2 years' professional experience.
- Previous experience in client services, customer success, onboarding, account management, or financial services is beneficial.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
- An interest in technology and delivering an excellent customer experience.
