Client Experience Assistant (Front of House)
The Client Experience Assistant is a core member of our front-of-house team, supporting the delivery of a seamless, high-quality client and visitor experience in our London office.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, proactive and service-driven, with strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional environment. The role requires wearing an Isio-provided uniform and maintaining a polished, professional appearance at all times.
This role is 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday. The working pattern will vary within the 8:00am to 6pm operating window to ensure full cover (e.g., rotating shifts such as 8:00am to 4pm, 9:30am to 5:30pm, 10:00am to 6pm).
This in-office role will be based at our London premises on Noble Street, Barbican, EC2V 7EE.
What does the role entail?
Meeting Room Preparation & Turnaround
- Prepare all meeting rooms ahead of scheduled appointments, ensuring rooms are clean, set up correctly and stocked appropriately.
- Clear and reset rooms promptly between meetings, maintaining consistently high standards throughout the day.
- Monitor and replenish front of house supplies, including stationery, refreshments and printed materials.
- Assist with basic AV/presentation set-up as required, escalating to IT or Client Host team where needed.
Front of House Support
- Provide occasional reception desk cover when Client Hosts are unavailable, ensuring all visitors received a warm, professional welcome.
- Support with switchboard calls, visitor queries and general front-of-house duties as directed by the Client Host team.
- Follow all office procedures and client-experience standards, ensuring a consistent five-star service.
Operational Support
- Maintain security awareness at all times, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Support event set-up, hospitality and ad hoc operational tasks during busy periods.
- Complete routine administrative tasks such as replenishing materials, room checks and monitoring stock levels.

What we’re looking for?
- Previous corporate experience is required.
- Teamwork: working positively and collaboratively with colleagues.
- Time management and adaptability: should be able to prioritise tasks, be flexible when situation changes and adjust effectively to different client needs.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a polished, high-quality environment.
- Clear, confident communication and a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace technology.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance in line with uniform and dress standards.
