About mysherpas
mysherpas is transforming the lending technology landscape. Our patented, cloud-based platform simplifies business lending workflows, solving a 40-year problem for banks and credit unions. As an early-stage fintech, we offer rapid career growth, meaningful ownership, and the chance to be part of a category-defining company.
The Role
We’re seeking a Client Experience Associate to support our growing client base and ensure every institution receives exceptional onboarding, training, and long-term partnership. You’ll work directly with operations teams, loan officers, and executives at banks and credit unions to guide them through setup, resolve issues, and reinforce adoption of the mysherpas platform.
This role blends client relations, platform training, workflow troubleshooting, and structured post-go-live engagement. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them succeed from day one and beyond.
- Hours: This role is remote within the UK and supports clients across the United States, primarily in the Mountain time zone. We expect a working day of approximately 2:00pm–10:00pm UK time (subject to change as a result of Daylight Savings), giving a full overlap with our clients' morning and early afternoon. Client training sessions and check-ins are scheduled within that window.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
