Love people, thrive in a busy environment and notice the details others miss? Are you the kind of person who remembers someone’s name, follows through on what you promise and takes genuine pride in making people feel cared for? Do you want meaningful work where you can make a visible difference, alongside a team that will support you, challenge you and help you keep growing? At Life Balance Chiropractic, client experience isn’t an add-on to the care we provide; it’s an essential part of it. That makes this one of the most important roles in our clinic. We’re looking for a warm, organised, proactive and coachable Client Experience Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team in Poole. You’ll help create the kind of experience where clients feel known, heard, cared for and genuinely delighted. From their first conversation with us through every stage of their journey. You don’t need previous chiropractic experience. We can teach you our systems, processes and approach. What’s much harder to teach is character, care, energy, ownership, attention to detail and the desire to keep getting better. If you love people, take pride in doing things properly and want to be part of a high-performing team with a meaningful mission, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role at a Glance

Flexibility to support and cover teammates during holidays, sickness and other absences is an important part of being on our team. Where possible, rotas are issued at least three months in advance, giving you greater certainty and the ability to plan ahead.
This Is More Than a Reception Role
You’ll often be the first person someone speaks to when they are looking for help and a familiar, trusted face they rely on throughout their journey with us.
Your role is to create an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint. You’ll respond to and follow up with enquiries quickly, build genuine relationships, book appointments, anticipate needs, follow through on the little things and solve problems before they become frustrations. You’ll help clients feel known, heard, cared for and genuinely delighted, creating the kind of experience that builds advocacy for the brand through trust, loyalty, reviews and referrals. This takes warmth, empathy and compassion, as well as confident telephone communication as a trust advisor, organisation, attention to detail and exceptional follow-through. If you love people, notice the little things and take pride in creating experiences people remember, you’ll feel at home here.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

We exist to enrich human connection, restore clarity and confidence, and bring more possibility and joy into people's lives. Our mission is to accelerate the end of unnecessary human suffering, restore balance and reignite the human spirit — helping sick people get well and well people stay well. We believe that: When the body works better, life gets easier. Our vision is to build the UK's most client-centric chiropractic lifestyle brand, setting a new standard for care, client experience, and results, before expanding Life Balance Chiropractic into major cities across the UK and beyond. A future where more people can get back to and keep doing the things they love.
How We Do It
We deliver corrective, nervous-system-focused chiropractic care with compassion, connection and an exceptional client experience. We care deeply about our clients, our team and the standard of our work. And we never stop looking for ways to improve.
The Kind of Team You'll Join
Our values aren't words on a wall. They influence who we hire, how we behave, the culture and what we expect from one another.
WE CARE
- Honesty: We do what we say, own what we do and close the loop. Our words, actions and commitments line up.
- Humility: We stay coachable, care personally and challenge directly. We tell hard truths kindly, receive feedback openly and use self-awareness, courage and humility to help ourselves and others grow. Nothing great is built without honest feedback.
WE CONNECT
- Vulnerability: We have the courage to show up honestly, ask for help early, have real conversations and turn mistakes into lessons.
- Teamwork: We put the team above ego, come prepared and step up when others need us. We aim to be at our best when our best is needed.
WE CREATE
- Fun: We notice the good, celebrate wins, bring warmth and humour and create joy in everyday moments.
- Courage: We speak up early, face hard things and protect the standard. Results matter, and how we achieve them matters too.
- Resourcefulness: We find a way. We identify the real problem, take disciplined action, execute with urgency and leave things better than we found them.
