Client Experience Coordinator

We are hiring a Client Experience Coordinator to oversee client communications, coordinate travel service details, and ensure every interaction throughout the travel planning and booking process reflects a smooth, professional, and high-quality experience.

This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple client workflows independently. Full training and structured onboarding are provided from day one. No prior travel industry experience required.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee ongoing client communications related to travel bookings, itineraries, and service updates
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, booking confirmations, and status updates are delivered to clients
  • Coordinate scheduling, travel documentation, and client requests with accuracy
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain a seamless travel experience
  • Maintain detailed client records and booking information across internal systems
  • Contribute to workflow improvements that support the overall travel operations team
  • Deliver consistent, professional support throughout every stage of the client's travel journey

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Client service, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred — not required
  • Comfortable working independently while utilizing provided systems and resources
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
  • Tech-comfortable and adaptable to new booking platforms and digital tools
  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
