Location / Office address: Central London (EC2A)

WFH / Office / Remote: Office-based

Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, rota between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm; occasional early starts, evenings or weekend support

PT / FT: Full-time

Start date: As soon as available

A legal and corporate services firm is seeking a highly organised Client Experience Events Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of internal and client meetings and events. The role involves coordinating room setups, catering, technology, visitor access, and logistics to ensure professional, welcoming spaces for clients and colleagues. You’ll act as a key point of contact for organisers, respond to changing requirements, resolve issues quickly, and work closely with Reception, Hospitality, AV, Facilities, and Security teams.
