Client Experience Lead
Home Instead Castleford and Selby | £27,000 per annum | Full-time
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and supporting others to reach their full potential? Home Instead Castleford and Selby is looking for a confident and compassionate Client Experience Lead to help us provide consistently high-quality support to clients, their families and our Care Professionals.
About the role
Working closely with the Head of Client Experience, you will manage the ongoing needs of clients, lead and support the Client Experience team, and help ensure that care is safe, responsive and tailored to each individual. You will also build trusted relationships with clients, families and professionals across the local community.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate their ongoing care and support.
- Complete consultations, assessments, care plans, reviews and associated client documentation.
- Lead, support and develop the Client Experience team, promoting a positive and collaborative culture.
- Carry out Care Professional supervisions, appraisals, support visits and competency assessments.
- Maintain accurate records and support the effective use of care management systems.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, Care Professionals and other professionals.
- Support quality assurance, auditing and continuous improvement activity.
- Deputise for the Head of Client Experience and participate in the on-call rota when required.

About you
- Experience in the care sector, including the delivery of personal care services.
- Supervisory experience and knowledge of medication processes, including MAR sheets.
- A strong understanding of relevant health and social care legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence using care management technology and everyday office software.
- A full driving licence and access to suitable transport for client visits within the territory.
- A flexible, dependable approach and a genuine commitment to helping people live independently at home.
