Location: Woodford Halse
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Client Experience
Reports to: Senior Manager – Global Client Experience
Hours of Work: 08:00-17:00 Monday – Friday inclusive (with 45 minutes for lunch break at 13:00)

Job Summary
The Client Manager oversees the complete lifecycle of Singer clients from their initial order to vehicle delivery, ensuring a high-quality, professional experience at every stage. Engages with clients regularly, sharing updates and all decision-based deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates and tracking all project deadlines.
- Guide clients to meet deadlines, including donor car delivery and stage-billing payments.
- Serve as a brand representative, ensuring every client interaction is high quality and professional.
- Document all client touchpoints accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system.
- Use standardized structures and templates for client interactions to measure KPIs and program success.
- Provide technical and non-technical training to clients on brand history, values, current/future technology, and vehicle performance.
- Gather customer insights to help support strategic business decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to meet company-wide goals.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Five (5) plus years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand industry
- Five (5) plus years of specific experience in a client management or customer facing role
- Prior experience in a rapidly growing business environment
- Detailed knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design’s history, heritage, and services
Skills/Abilities and Attributes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), as well as various digital illustration, editing, and design-based programs and tools
- Maintains a neat, professional appearance
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others
- Team oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent time management with an ability to balance multiple projects and timelines
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively within and across departments
