Client Experience Specialist
As a Client Experience Specialist, you are the human face of LYMA in the US. You'll guide prospective clients through considered purchase decisions, support existing clients across their entire journey with us, and rebuild relationships with those who've stepped away.
Two full-time contract roles are currently available, one covering East Coast hours (EST/EDT) and one covering West Coast hours (PST/PDT).
Location: Remote, United States.
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, worked as five shifts of 9:00am–5:30pm (local time) across a Monday–Sunday rota. Weekend shifts are part of the rotation as we offer our clients a seven-day service.
Requirements
- A background in beauty, luxury retail, or premium wellness (strongly preferred).
- Proven experience managing a clientele book and proactively nurturing client relationships.
- Genuine confidence on video and phone, this is a heavily client-facing role, and you'll need to be as assured on camera as you would be on a shop floor.
- Comfort working towards sales and retention goals within a consultative approach.
- A fast, curious mind for product knowledge, our clients ask sophisticated questions and expect authoritative answers.
- Polished written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and events, based on business needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
