📈 Excellent Career Development Opportunities
Are you a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking to take the next step in your wealth management career?
I'm working with a highly respected and growing wealth management firm that is seeking a talented Paraplanner to join its collaborative and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with dedicated Financial Advisers, gaining exposure to a broad range of complex client needs while building a long-term career within a business that genuinely invests in its people.
Unlike many larger organisations where paraplanning support is pooled, this role offers the chance to work directly with a small number of advisers, enabling you to develop deeper client relationships and gain valuable insight into the full advice process.
The Opportunity
You will provide comprehensive paraplanning support across a portfolio of private clients, ensuring wealth planning recommendations are clear, compliant, and tailored to individual client objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
