Join Dragonpass at an Exciting Stage of Growth

Dragonpass is one of the world's leading travel and lifestyle platforms, connecting over 40 million members across more than 130 countries with premium travel and lifestyle experiences.

As our business continues to grow globally, we're looking for a Client Finance Analyst to play a key role in managing client finance operations while helping modernise and improve the processes that support them.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining finance, data, systems and process improvement. You'll take ownership of client finance programmes, work closely with stakeholders across the business and help drive automation and operational efficiencies that support our future growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional finance role focused solely on reporting and reconciliations.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical and proactive. Someone who enjoys understanding how processes work, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that create long-term value.

You'll work across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Product and Technology teams, gaining exposure to a broad range of business activities while helping to shape and improve our client finance operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the end-to-end financial management of assigned client programmes
  • Manage commercial validation, onboarding, invoicing, financial reporting and accounts receivable activities
  • Prepare and issue accurate client invoices and supporting financial reports
  • Analyse programme data, billing calculations and financial information to identify discrepancies and risks
  • Investigate finance-related issues and drive root-cause resolution across multiple teams
  • Monitor accounts receivable and support the collection of outstanding balances
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to improve billing accuracy and reporting quality
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, strengthen controls and reduce manual intervention
  • Support automation initiatives using tools such as Excel, Power Query, Python, SQL, Power BI or similar technologies
  • Work with Product and Technology teams to define and deliver system enhancements
  • Support month-end activities, reconciliations, profitability reporting and audit requirements
  • Contribute to wider finance transformation and business improvement projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
