Plan.Net UK is the customer experience, data and technology consultancy within Serviceplan Group's House of Communication in the UK. We help ambitious brands design, build and optimise connected customer experiences through strategy, data, technology and AI.
We're looking for a Client Growth Director to help drive the next phase of our growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing agency and play a key role in shaping its future. Working directly with the Managing Director, you'll lead new business and commercial initiatives, build strategic partnerships, support agency operations, and help expand our client portfolio beyond our existing client base.
What you'll be doing
- Driving new business growth and managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Leading the development of proposals, scopes of work and commercial agreements.
- Supporting pitches and helping create compelling agency credentials and case studies.
- Building relationships with technology and strategic partners to unlock new opportunities.
- Working with agency leadership to improve commercial performance and operational excellence.
- Supporting agency marketing, thought leadership and industry visibility initiatives.
- Helping recruit, onboard and develop talent as the agency continues to grow.

What we're looking for
- Significant experience in a senior client service, commercial or agency leadership role.
- A proven track record of winning and growing client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience developing scopes, pricing and contracts.
- Experience leading complex pitches and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- An understanding of customer experience, digital, data, technology, CRM, commerce or marketing technology ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help build a business.
