Client Host / Receptionist Administrator

Are you a polished, professional front-of-house specialist who thrives in a corporate environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client experiences?
We are seeking an engaging and highly organised Client Host / Receptionist Administrator to join a prestigious investment banking environment. This is a highly visible position where you will be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for clients, investors, and senior stakeholders while providing vital administrative support to the wider business.
This role would suit someone with experience gained within Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Banking, Asset Management, Professional Services, or a similarly corporate environment.
The Role
As the face of the business, you will take ownership of reception and meeting room management while supporting the Investor Relations and wider corporate support teams with day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering a first-class front-of-house experience for clients, investors, and senior executives
- Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a professional and seamless arrival experience
- Managing the reception area to the highest standards at all times
- Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, catering, and hospitality requirements
- Supporting investor relations activities with administration and scheduling
- Managing diaries, meeting logistics, and visitor arrangements
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Providing administrative support across the wider business support team
- Liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Assisting with events, client meetings, and corporate hospitality activities

About You
We are looking for someone who combines professionalism with warmth and personality.
You will have:
- Experience in a Reception, Client Host, Front of House, Team Assistant, or Administrative role within a corporate environment
- Ideally, experience within Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Wealth, Asset Management, or Professional Services
- Confidence interacting with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), investors, and senior executives
- Excellent client-hosting and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and service-oriented approach
- Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
- The ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and meeting room booking systems
