Role Outline

The Client Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients and services. This role ensures that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a client-focused mindset to drive successful adoption and satisfaction.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the full client implementation lifecycle from kick-off to go-live.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure solution configuration meets client needs.
  • Identify project risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to ensure project success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, providing regular updates and ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide guidance and training to clients on product functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with product, engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and drive resolution across internal teams.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements, product enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Track project progress, risks, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Produce and deliver regular status reports, implementation summaries, and KPIs to both clients and leadership.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for internal and client use.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in Project Management, IT, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in client implementation, project management, or client delivery roles, showcasing a track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder client onboarding initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, is essential, along with exceptional analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are critical to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

While not required, candidates holding a Project Management certification and demonstrating technical aptitude, particularly in translating business needs into technical requirements, will be highly regarded. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to deliver exceptional results.

Hours

The role is full-time and will involve working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Location

This role is homebased, occasional onsite visits may be required for the role.

Salary

The salary for this role is up to £45,000K depending on experience and qualifications.
