Client Implementation Manager – FinTech / Banking

London | 4 days onsite

About the Role

Technical Implementation Manager required for a fast-growing B2B FinTech that is building technology infrastructure for major banks and financial institutions globally.

Their API-led platform enables banks to launch and scale new digital financial products while integrating with their existing core banking infrastructure.

Following continued growth, our client is now building out a dedicated Client Implementation function and looking to hire a Technical Client Implementation Manager.

The Role

This is not a traditional Project Manager / coordination role.

You’ll own complex client implementations end-to-end, from contract signature and technical discovery through integration, UAT, go-live and transition into BAU.

Acting as the technical face of the delivery function, you’ll work directly with client architects, integration engineers, technology leaders and operational stakeholders, alongside internal Product and Engineering teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
