Job Description

In this role, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle management of Client Incentive agreements, ensuring accurate accounting, forecasting, operational execution, and payment processing in line with contractual terms, US GAAP, and Visa governance requirements.

The position sits within Client Incentives Operations (CIO), part of Global Controllership. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders, you will help ensure client incentive arrangements are accurately represented, operationally executable, and managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client incentive agreements, amendments, and commercial proposals to assess operational feasibility, accounting implications, and alignment with Visa policies and governance requirements.
  • Support the setup, maintenance, monitoring, and actualization of client incentive arrangements in Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) and related systems, ensuring contractual terms are accurately reflected.
  • Perform incentive actualization activities, including volume validation, accrual updates, variance analysis, forecasting support, and true-up calculations.
  • Prepare, review, and process client incentive payments in accordance with contractual terms, approval thresholds, SOX controls, and internal governance requirements.
  • Manage contract lifecycle events, including renewals, amendments, waivers, clawbacks, terminations, and other contract modifications.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation, flux analysis, and accounting support.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Deal Management, FP&A, Accounting Policy, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve operational, commercial, and accounting queries relating to client incentives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and supporting evidence in line with internal control, governance, and audit requirements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Client Incentives Operations function.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on incentive operations, providing guidance on the interpretation and operational execution of client incentive arrangements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
