Client Inside Sales Specialist
Infinigate UK&I is seeking an exceptional administrator to join their dynamic and evolving Internal Sales Team as a Client Inside Sales Specialist. Infinigate is a leading value-added distributor within the IT-Security industry and this role is pivotal to supporting the wider sales, renewals, and product sales team. You will gain an introduction to a range of departments, balance a varied workload, and proactively manage a customer base with all related administrative duties.
In this role, you can expect no two days to be the same, fantastic team comradery, and reward for a job well done! If you have gained some experience with administrative coordination, customer service, or sales support, particularly within a related industry, this may be the next step in your career!
We are pleased to offer this role as a permanent opportunity, based at our offices in South Cerney. This role is hybrid with 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Requirements
- Professional and effective communication skills
- High regard for customer service along with priority management and the ability to multitask
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Proficient in MS applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good relationship-building skills
- Previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
- A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
- Calm under pressure

Personal Requirements

Responsibilities
- To manage the quoting and sales order processes from receipt of PO from customer through to Supply Chain Team including quality checks and error resolution
- Daily customer back order and invoice reporting
- Assist with managing the RMA process
- Ensure the CRM system is used and updated
- In-depth understanding of systems and processes
- To assist with basic level quotations and queries
- To have a strong working relationship with account management, supply chain, and renewals functions
