Overview
What if you could help build something from the ground up?
We’re launching CoreIQ, a brand-new proposition within our growing Retail Media team, giving our vendor partners access to the rich customer, market and ecommerce data behind Screwfix. And we’re looking for a Client Insights Manager to help make it a success.
This is more than a traditional client or customer success role. You’ll be joining at the start of CoreIQ’s journey, helping shape how we onboard clients, drive adoption and make sure our vendor partners are getting genuine, measurable value from the platform.
You’ll be vendor-facing alongside our Sales team, building trusted relationships, supporting pitches and demonstrations, helping clients get the most from CoreIQ and identifying opportunities to grow engagement. You’ll also work closely with our Retail Media, Commercial, Technology, Product and Data teams, bringing client feedback and insight back into the business and helping shape how CoreIQ evolves.
You’ll be joining our Retail Media team at an exciting point in its growth, working alongside Sales and Partnerships colleagues to build relationships with our vendors, drive adoption of CoreIQ and help shape how this new proposition develops.
It’s a role with plenty of opportunity to make your mark. You’ll be building relationships, using data and insight to spot opportunities, solving problems and helping establish what great client success looks like as this new proposition grows.
And with our Retail Media team still growing and evolving, it’s a brilliant time to join us. If you’re someone who loves working with clients, gets excited by data and insight, and thrives on the opportunity to build something new, we’d love to hear from you.
Hybrid Working
We know that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to hybrid working. For this role, we’re open to discussing a working pattern that works for you and the team. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling to our Yeovil, Somerset office on a regular basis, typically weekly or fortnightly, as well as our Paddington, London office. The exact balance can be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
Internally this role is known as Customer Success Manager.
What's in it for you?
- Discretionary annual bonus up to 20%
- 33 days' holiday (including bank holidays, 5 of which can be taken flexibly)
- Hybrid working with flexible start and end times around core working hours
- Buy More Holiday - eligible colleagues can boost their holiday allowance by up to one extra week
- EV Car Scheme in Partnership with Tusker - eligible colleagues can lease a brand-new or pre-loved electric vehicle
- Up to 14% employer pension contributions
- Life cover up to 4x your salary
- Health cash plan and discounted gym memberships (up to 25% savings)
- 20% discount at Screwfix and B&Q

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
