About the Team & Business Line:
This role involves supporting internal & external projects across the client integrations team. The specialist will be primarily responsible for data file analysis, data reconciliation, and data migrations will be primarily materials. The role involves dealing with the senior management of the organization locally and virtually. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing is essential. The specialist role is part of a global team and may be required to support multiple time zones during large projects.

Project Manage / Functional Task Owner
- Data Integrations
- Data Analysis

Project Management
- Actively participate with prospect clients & RPFs
- Actively participate with new client launches/conversions
- Actively participate with Existing client launches/conversions
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects
- Actively participate in departmental process improvements
Administrative Reporting
- Tracking projects, progress, status, and deadlines
- MIS Reporting
- Actively manage operational risk
QUALIFICATIONS
About You:
Qualifications
- Currently in Third Level Education seeking Degree Qualification
Experiences
- Proven interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail
- A ‘team player’ who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
- Excellent communication and writing skills
