Job Opportunity: Client Liaison and Administration Assistant
We are looking for a Client Liaison and Administration Assistant to work remotely, 15 hours per week.
Flexible Hours
- The hours are genuinely flexible.
- Spread your hours across 2 or 3 days of the working week.
- Make calls during normal business hours.
- Admin work can be done whenever suits you, including evenings.
- Ideal for those needing a role that fits around school runs, another commitment, or family.

Role Summary
- Mostly phone work.
- Call clients and enquiries to book appointments for our broker.
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries.
- Keep our CRM up to date.
- Spend the rest of the time on case administration.
- Keep client files accurate and complete.
Requirements
- This is not an advisory role.
- No mortgage qualifications or industry experience needed.
- We will teach you everything about the mortgages themselves.
Equipment and Setup
- Everything you need is supplied: laptop, screens, and a phone headset.
- Calls are made through software on the computer.
- No separate phone line to worry about.
- All you need at your end is a reliable internet connection and somewhere quiet to work.

Pay
- Pay is £13.00 to £16.00 per hour depending on experience.
