Role Overview

The role is based within the Operational Functions department in the Client Lifecycle Management team and has responsibilities including client on-boarding, periodic reviews and account closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and approval of all client documentation, processes and setup for new clients in applicable systems in accordance with business policies and timeframes.
  • Ensuring anti-money laundering regulations are followed throughout the onboarding process. This includes ensuring all documentation complies with FCA ruling on anti-money laundering documents and working effectively with the UK Head of Lifecycle Management to ensure any issues are resolved.
  • Management of Suitability profiling using the online system and liaising with the Client Relationship Manager regarding outcomes
  • Liaising with all stakeholders involved with client set up, including the Client Management team, Investment team, Risk & Compliance and Operations teams
  • Facilitating the periodic reviews of clients and working with client management teams to resolve any recommended actions.
  • Monitoring and reviewing all documentation for existing clients, ensuring changes to their portfolios are made and documented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provision of management information in relation to the lifecycle processes undertaken to management and external parties
  • Maintenance of client lifecycle data in applicable systems
  • Supporting projects related to client lifecycle activities where applicable

  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Financial services experience essential
  • 5-8 years in relevant experience in a lifecycle management role for varied client types such as Trust, Individual, Corporates and Charities
  • Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks and business practices
  • Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Touchstone Dynamics 365 Business Central system experience desirable
