The Opportunity
Our client is seeking motivated Japanese and English-speaking professionals to join their Global Fulfilment Team based in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career within the market research, consulting, or professional services industry. Successful candidates will begin their journey with a comprehensive 12-week training programme designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as an Associate.

Key Responsibilities
Expert Recruitment
- Identify and recruit industry experts to join the company's global network.
- Assess internal databases to identify suitable experts for client projects.
Industry Research & Expert Vetting
- Conduct market and industry research across multiple sectors.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify experts based on client requirements.
- Present suitable candidates for specific client engagements.
Client & Expert Coordination
- Manage communications with experts and clients.
- Coordinate meetings and consultations between experts and project stakeholders.
- Prioritise multiple projects while maintaining high service standards.
Compliance & Best Practice
- Develop a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations.
- Ensure all engagements adhere to company and client standards.
Networking & Business Research
- Build relationships with senior industry professionals globally.
- Apply research techniques to source relevant expertise and support client decision-making.
Project Management

- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple assignments.
- Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiation
- Develop strong negotiation skills to secure successful expert engagements and positive outcomes for all parties.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Working Conditions
- Location: West London
- Working Hours: 9:00–18:00
- Salary: From £27,000
