About the Role

Our client is a leading global expert network and primary research firm that connects businesses with hard-to-find industry expertise through an extensive international network of subject matter experts.

Serving consulting firms, asset managers, private equity firms, and multinational corporations, the company provides tailored research and consulting solutions that help clients gain valuable market intelligence and make informed business decisions.

With a strong international presence across the UK, United States, Europe, and Asia, our client facilitates direct access to industry specialists across a wide range of sectors, helping organisations navigate complex markets and maintain a competitive advantage.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking motivated Japanese and English-speaking professionals to join their Global Fulfilment Team based in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career within the market research, consulting, or professional services industry. Successful candidates will begin their journey with a comprehensive 12-week training programme designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as an Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Recruitment

  • Identify and recruit industry experts to join the company's global network.
  • Assess internal databases to identify suitable experts for client projects.

Industry Research & Expert Vetting

  • Conduct market and industry research across multiple sectors.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify experts based on client requirements.
  • Present suitable candidates for specific client engagements.

Client & Expert Coordination

  • Manage communications with experts and clients.
  • Coordinate meetings and consultations between experts and project stakeholders.
  • Prioritise multiple projects while maintaining high service standards.

Compliance & Best Practice

  • Develop a strong understanding of compliance requirements and industry regulations.
  • Ensure all engagements adhere to company and client standards.

Networking & Business Research

  • Build relationships with senior industry professionals globally.
  • Apply research techniques to source relevant expertise and support client decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Working Conditions

  • Location: West London
  • Working Hours: 9:00–18:00
  • Salary: From £27,000
