About the job you’re considering

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Transport Sales Manager / Client Partner to join our UK Transport (TMTS) team. This growth-focused role combines new business development and strategic account growth, helping clients achieve transformation through consulting, technology, and managed services solutions. Reporting to the TMTS UK Leadership Team, you will develop trusted client relationships, shape opportunities and drive sustainable business growth.

Hybrid working

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

Business Development

  • Develop and grow a pipeline of consulting, transformation, technology and managed services opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the sector.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Account Growth

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of client relationships.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Capgemini services.
  • Create and execute account growth plans aligned to client priorities.

Opportunity Leadership

  • Lead opportunities from qualification through contract signature.
  • Collaborate with consulting, solution and delivery teams to create compelling propositions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

You can bring your whole self to work

At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
