A role you will love
As a Client Manager, you'll join our Registry Client Management team and play a key role in building and maintaining trusted relationships across a portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Senior Client Manager, you'll focus on client retention and development, managing risk, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You'll also support business development activities and work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to help clients achieve their objectives.
Some key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring high levels of retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients, resolving issues and delivering service excellence through proactive engagement.
- Identify commercial opportunities, support business development activities, and contribute to revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Deliver professional presentations, client reviews, and account planning activities.
- Manage risk, regulatory responsibilities, and governance requirements, ensuring compliance with business processes and controls.
- Produce client reports and management information, maintaining accurate customer data and records.
- Collaborate across the business, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Maintain industry and market awareness to support clients and provide informed solutions.

What will you bring to the role?
You'll bring strong client management or relationship management experience, ideally gained within Registry, Financial Services, or a similarly regulated environment. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build credibility with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities within client portfolios.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage issues through to resolution.
- Strong organisational skills, with experience planning and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to analyse information, prepare client reporting, and present key insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong attention to detail.
- Registry industry knowledge or Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential.
