Client Manager

North London (Near Finchley) £70,000 - £75,000 + Hybrid Working + Clear Route to Senior Leadership

Looking for a role where your progression isn't limited by layers of management?

We're working exclusively with a highly successful and rapidly growing accountancy practice that's looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Manager / Client Manager following a sustained period of growth.

This isn't a replacement hire. It's a brand-new opportunity created by an expanding client base and increasing demand, making it an ideal move for an ambitious practice professional looking to join a firm where they can genuinely influence its future.

You'll inherit a loyal portfolio of owner-managed businesses while working closely with the Partners to help shape the next phase of the firm's growth. If you're looking for greater autonomy, more client interaction, and a clear pathway to senior leadership, this is an opportunity worth exploring.

The Role

As an Accounts Manager / Client Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted adviser across statutory accounts, corporation tax, and wider business matters. You'll also play a key role in supporting and developing junior members of the team while helping the practice continue its impressive growth trajectory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
