WorkNest Secure - Client Manager
WorkNest Secure is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Client Manager Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, strong account oversight, and clear value from our solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is commercially minded, organised, and confident in building strong client relationships. You will play a key part in driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, reviews, and renewal conversations.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell that align with client needs and add genuine value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support forecasting and visibility.
Revenue Growth & Retention
- Work towards individual and team retention and growth targets.
- Proactively identify risks of churn and support mitigation strategies.
- Assist with commercial negotiations and renewal processes.
- Support the Client Manager Team Leader with reporting and pipeline updates.

Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with the Client Manager Team Leader for coaching, development, and performance support.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Operations, Service Delivery, and Marketing to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Support follow-up on marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Professional Development
- Take ownership of personal growth, actively seeking feedback and training.
- Build strong knowledge of WorkNest Secure’s services and the wider cyber security landscape.
- Develop commercial, communication, and account management skills to support career progression.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in a client-facing or account management role (cyber/tech sector experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware and motivated by targets and performance metrics.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn about client needs and industry trends.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using CRM and account management tools.

- Annual leave: 25 days, increasing by 1 day per each completed year of service up to a maximum of 28 days, plus statutory bank holidays which will be paid.
