As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Client Manager to join our Strategic Client Management team and play a key role in building lasting customer partnerships.

What you'll be doing
As a Client Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of large commercial clients, ensuring they receive an exceptional service experience across their energy and water procurement strategies.

Working closely with teams across the business, you'll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio
- Deliver regular client reviews and performance presentations
- Coordinate with Tendering, Bureau, Risk & Trading, and Client Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support the onboarding and implementation of new clients
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services, including Net Zero Strategy, Water Services and broader sustainability solutions
- Ensure agreed SLAs and KPIs are achieved
- Provide expert guidance on energy markets, procurement strategies and carbon reduction initiatives
- Travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings when required
What we're looking for
We're seeking someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for customer success.
Essential
- Proven experience in Client Management, Account Management or Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- A customer-first approach with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience within the UK energy sector
- Knowledge of energy procurement, utilities or sustainability services
- Understanding of electricity and gas retail markets
- Awareness of emerging technologies such as solar, battery storage and EV infrastructure
- Experience supporting Net Zero or carbon reduction strategies
