Role: Client Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Role:

  • Manage client relationships and maintain strong client engagement.
  • Lead client reporting, including weekly updates and monthly performance reviews.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
  • Prepare and deliver project briefs, lead briefings, and oversee work in progress.
  • Review and quality-check work before it is presented to clients.
  • Support senior client leads with strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and client renewals.
  • Contribute to client strategy through research, insight generation, and opportunity identification.
  • Manage client account administration, financial processes, and maintain accurate client records.

Experience:

  • Strong commercial and financial knowledge.
  • Experience researching client businesses, industries, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • 5+ years' marketing experience with knowledge of marketing planning and channels.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and identify key insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with sound judgement and decision-making ability.
