Client Manager

Remote / Hybrid / Flexible
Stirling, Scotland

Our client is a modern, cloud-based accountancy practice that's embracing the latest technology, including AI-powered accounting software. As their client base continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Client Manager to help lead client relationships and support the next stage of their journey.

This exciting role offers great flexibility, meaning you can work the hours around your lifestyle, and will see you being responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of SME clients across a range of industries
  • Building trusted client relationships and providing proactive business advice
  • Preparing and reviewing accounts, tax returns, VAT, and management information
  • Supporting and reviewing the work of junior team members
  • Helping clients get the most from cloud accounting software, particularly Xero
  • Playing an active role in adopting new technology and improving how we work

To secure this career opportunity you will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience within an Accountancy practice
  • Fully UK work rights
  • Ideally ACA / ACCA fully qualified, however, QBE can be considered
  • Strong accounts and tax experience
  • Confident managing your own client portfolio
  • Experience with Xero and cloud accounting software
  • Commercial, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent client service
