Client Manager - Part-Time
We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking hours that fit around school commitments, offering flexibility whilst maintaining a rewarding and professional career in practice.
Role Overview
As a Client Manager your role will involve:
- Managing a portfolio of 40–50 clients across a range of sectors.
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for limited companies & sole traders.
- Preparing and submitting VAT Returns.
- Preparing Corporation Tax returns.
- Preparing Personal Tax returns.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Responding to client queries and providing ongoing support and advice.
- Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc client and practice matters as required.

Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Client Manager candidate will have:
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- The ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and organised approach.
- Strong attention to detail.

Hours
- 20-25 hours per week across 5 days (Monday - Friday)
