About Us
Saffron is a brand consultancy of 100 people, headquartered in London and Madrid, with teams in Vienna and Tokyo. With 21 nationalities and 12 languages among us, we turn brand identity into action.
The Role
This is an opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Client Manager to join our team in London or Madrid, driving high-impact branding projects for global clients.
In this role, you will sit at the heart of our client relationships and project delivery. You’ll manage mid-scale multidisciplinary projects, taking end-to-end ownership while working alongside Senior Client Managers and Client Directors on our largest global accounts. You will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams collaborating directly with strategists, designers, and digital specialists to turn creative and strategic vision into seamless execution.
If you thrive in high-energy, international environments, love taking ownership of your accounts, and want to bring high standards to rigorous project delivery, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Drive project execution. Take full responsibility for delivering mid-sized projects independently and support Client Directors on large-scale global initiatives, ensuring everything runs on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Nurture client relationships. Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, building confidence through clear communication, responsiveness, and sharp problem-solving.
- Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams. Facilitate seamless internal communication between strategy, design, and product teams to keep work aligned, collaborative, and delivered above expectations.
- Manage commercial details. Lead account administration, from building detailed project plans, timelines, and proposals to monitoring burn rates, invoicing, and overall account profitability.
- Contribute to creative & strategic output. Engage meaningfully with project content, understanding briefs deeply so you can actively contribute to strategic alignment and creative reviews.
- Identify opportunities. Spot possibilities to expand existing accounts by understanding client pain points and proposing valuable next steps.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
