Plant Designs is a London-based interior landscaping company, creating and caring for bespoke planting schemes across the capital. Working closely with architects, interior designers, and event venues, we integrate greenery into each project, combining creative thinking with horticultural expertise to bring life to their places of work.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Client Manager to join our growing sales team at Plant Designs.

Objectives & Responsibilities

The way we work is shaped by our six core principles - Curiosity, Growth, Create & Innovate, Collaborate, and Integrity, Personal Touch - and these are reflected in the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Growth: A drive to hit and exceed monthly sales targets, growing your portfolio through retention, cross-selling, and new opportunities.
  • Curiosity: A genuine interest in your clients, their businesses, and spaces, asking the right questions and spotting opportunities to grow.
  • Create & Innovate: A creative approach, working with our Design team to develop planting solutions that respond to client briefs, budgets, and ambitions.
  • Collaborate: A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across Design, Operations, Horticulture, and Finance.
  • Integrity: Someone who takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and is honest about what we can deliver.
  • Personal Touch: Someone who brings personality to the role, builds genuine relationships, and enjoys getting out across London to meet clients face-to-face.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
