Client Manager
A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Barnstaple is looking for a Client Manager to join them as a key addition where you will take on the management of a client portfolio across varied industry sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, managing the delivery of year-end accounts, tax, and wider services. For those looking for an opportunity to progress beyond management to become a Director/Partner, there is a genuine path on offer.

Description
- Role: Joining as Client Manager based from the firm's Barnstaple offices, you will lead and manage the delivery of year-end accounts, tax, and wider services to clients across varied industries and turnover ranges.
- Responsibilities:
- Take on the management of a full client portfolio.
- Develop client relationships.
- Work on wider advisory/business services.
- Deliver wider project work.
- Develop, mentor, and support the wider team.

Profile
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CTA, etc., or equivalent.
- Experience: Career background within the accountancy practice sector.
- Skills:
- Worked with accounting firm environments across any size range.
- Developed technical skills across accounts/tax/audit and general accountancy practice service delivery.
- Experience with a wide range of sole trade, partnership, and limited company clients.
- Career development to around the Client Manager level.
- Career Aspiration: Looking for a career move with potential to progress.

Job Offer
- Salary: £36,000 - £48,000 + dependent on background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
