Client Manager (360 Recruitment) | Central London, UK | Full-time, Permanent

Hlx Life Sciences is a global life sciences recruitment company, founded over two years ago with a mission to address the global shortage of skilled talent in the sector. With over 100 years of combined life science recruitment experience and an advisory board of scientific industry experts, we partner with clients across Pharma, CROs, TechBio and CDMOs, among others.

Backed by life science investors who believe in our mission, we work with some of the most innovative biotech companies and leading life science VCs to support company growth and portfolio expansion.

Since our launch in January 2024, we’ve grown to a team of 50 staff globally, with offices across London, Basel and Boston. We’ve just come off the back of our strongest quarter to date.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant with 2–3+ years of experience recruiting within the AI/Machine Learning space to join our Central London team on a full-time, permanent basis (5 days on-site). Experience recruiting within the life sciences, biotech or TechBio sectors would be a strong advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
