Revenue Practice (RP)

£30,000 + Equity + Profit Share

This is a job for the ambitious, someone who sees a vision, has the ability to deliver detail, and someone who wants real success in life.

We will back you. Yes, we will support you financially now, but this role is about building. Screw £30k, let's use that as a base and create your prosperity.

You'll become part of a small team building one of the most exciting B2B technology marketing businesses in the UK.

Finding greatness... not easy, but worth it.

Most agencies hire experience.

We're hiring character.

Who are you?

At Revenue Practice, we don't believe average work changes industries. We believe great people do. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing brilliant work. Someone who notices the details everyone else misses and is happy building and managing the process. Someone who takes pride in delivering on promises, making clients smile, and helping build something exceptional.

If you've read The Millionaire Master Plan, this is a job for Tempos or Steels (ideally a bit of both):

Steel - detail, systems and certainty. Analytical, organised and data-driven. Steel people like facts, structure, measurement and making things efficient. Strong at optimising, controlling costs, analysing numbers and building reliable processes.

Tempo - people, timing and connection. Grounded, relationship-focused and good at sensing what’s happening around them. Strong at building trust, managing teams, customer relationships and keeping things moving steadily.

Who are we?

Revenue Practice delivers marketing for salespeople and channel partners.

We help some of the world's biggest technology companies create demand without relying on endless paid advertising.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Some days you'll be proof-reading proposals.

Some days you'll be making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Every day you'll make us better.
