Client Manager

We're looking for an ambitious Client Manager with a genuine background in branding, design, or creative agencies to join a busy London Client Services team.

This is not a generalist Client Management role. You'll need hands-on experience within a branding, design, or creative agency, a strong understanding of how brands are developed and brought to life across multiple touch points, and experience managing creative projects for large-scale or global brands. FMCG or corporate experience is desirable.

You'll be the go-to person for your accounts, responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of design projects, managing timelines and budgets, and building strong client and internal relationships.

Role Details

  • Location: Office based in London
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Leading smaller projects and supporting larger branding and design programmes.
    • Working closely with Strategy, Design, Realisation, and Production teams.
    • Translating client briefs into clear internal briefs and creating project plans, proposals, and quotes.
    • Managing clients through creative and production workflows, including artwork and print.
    • Building trusted client relationships and managing expectations around timings, budgets, and scope.
    • Presenting briefs, feedback, proposals, and financials to clients and leading project meetings.
    • Keeping finance and resourcing systems accurate, including supporting invoicing and forecasting.
    • Identifying opportunities for organic growth and supporting new business where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
