Who are we?

Meet Flowd🚀

We're one of the fastest-growing marketing brands in the UK and we're looking for a Client Manager to lead the success of a portfolio of clients and own the outcomes we deliver for them.

We work with some of the world's most interesting brands and have big aspirations to become the leader in our space. Our international team of 35 is based across Manchester (UK) and Skopje (NM), and we're expanding our services fast around the world.

We aren't looking for your average employee. We're looking for someone who puts clients first, takes ownership of their success, and wants to help build what comes next at Flowd.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the full campaign strategy for every client in your portfolio, which is supported by our built AI automations.
  • Direct the BDE and Data Engineer on the client requirements.
  • Approve scripts, ICP, targeting and launch the campaigns.
  • Run the client relationship from Sales handoff through onboarding, reviews, renewals and expansion.
  • Turn performance data into decisions: weekly forecasts, account-health scoring and in-flight campaign changes.
  • Operate the Client Brain through our Claude-powered AI workspace to draft, critique and direct every campaign output.
  • Spot churn risk early, lead renewals end-to-end and close upsell opportunities with a value-led pitch.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all client communications and escalations.
  • Handle difficult conversations directly: underperforming campaigns, missed expectations, scope disputes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
