Client Manager (Healthcare)

Location: London, Milton Keynes area

The base salary for this position starts from 51,600 GBP gross annually

About the Role

We are looking for someone to be a subject matter expert to deliver audits to Healthcare clients and to help develop and shape the sector and team.

You would be joining the Sector Team of other subject matter experts. The role is mainly carrying out management system audits for our Healthcare clients and you are also part of a focus group of experts for clients and internal customers in BSI. You will be helping to develop the sector, managing key clients, ensuring excellent delivery of audits, with the potential to develop schemes, potentially represent BSI for Healthcare events and marketing, and to help drive the sector forwards.

The day to day role is delivering robust management system audits to clients and managing client accounts. There is a chance to train in further schemes and be involved in developing new and existing schemes and to work with large accounts. You’ll share best practice with colleagues and support clients at all levels in their business to help them make excellence a habit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting robust management system audits for Healthcare clients.
  • Managing client accounts and key clients.
  • Ensuring excellent delivery of audits.
  • Helping to develop the sector and manage key clients.
  • Participating in a focus group of experts for clients and internal customers.
  • Training in further schemes and involvement in developing new and existing schemes.
  • Working with large accounts.
  • Sharing best practice with colleagues and supporting clients at all levels.
  • Representing BSI for Healthcare events and marketing.
  • Driving the sector forwards.

Requirements

For this role:

  • Several years’ experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Good working knowledge of quality, environment and health & safety management systems and auditing.
  • Key standards you would audit are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • ISO 7101 Quality in healthcare is a focus for this team as the scheme interest is growing.
  • Skills such as time management, self-management, excellent communication, and good attention to detail.
  • BSI behaviours are Client Centric, Agile, and Collaborative.
