Client Manager

The Client Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of clients within the accounting and finance department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional professional services. This role is based in Woking and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of client relationship management.

Description

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on accounting and finance matters.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client services and support business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of junior team members where required.
  • Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timelines and meets quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to offer relevant advice.

Profile

A Successful Client Manager Should Have

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA or ACA (QBE will be considered).
  • Experience managing client portfolios within the professional services industry.
  • A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
