About the role
Are you an agency-side client services professional who understands how great brand ideas become effective communications? We’re looking for a Client Manager to help deliver integrated work for some of the world’s leading drinks and CPG brands. Working alongside Senior Client Managers, Client Directors, strategists, designers, creatives and production teams, you’ll help take projects from brief through concept, development, production, adaptation and launch.
You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of projects and specific workstreams, helping to keep teams aligned, timelines moving and clients informed. Projects may span brand platforms, advertising, social and content, digital, OOH, retail, experiential and packaging, often across multiple markets. You’ll contribute to briefs, presentations and creative development, coordinate feedback and approvals, and support the delivery of work that is creatively ambitious, commercially effective and produced to a high standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you
You’ll bring solid client services or account management experience from a brand, creative, design or integrated communications agency, with experience supporting or delivering campaigns from initial brief through to production. You’ll understand how effective communications are developed and brought to life. From defining deliverables and briefing creative teams to managing feedback, production partners, approvals and multi-market adaptations. Experience across drinks, food or wider CPG/FMCG is highly desirable, ideally alongside exposure to packaging and consumer brand development.
You’ll be organised, proactive and confident managing day-to-day client relationships and project activity. You’ll be comfortable contributing to presentations, discussing creative work and helping teams solve challenges, while knowing when to seek guidance from more senior colleagues. An understanding of budgets, timings, scopes and risks is important, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the creative ambition.
You’ll be curious, collaborative and calm under pressure, with genuine communications and production experience and the confidence to take ownership of your work. Above all, you’ll be keen to build trusted relationships, contribute to great brand work and continue growing within a supportive, high-performing team.
