Client Manager - Accountancy Practice

About the Role
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Build trusted partnerships with a diverse portfolio of clients, becoming their first point of contact and strategic adviser.
- Harness cloud technology and automation to deliver efficient, high-quality accounts, tax, and advisory services.
- Shape and review complex technical work, ensuring excellence while mentoring junior colleagues.
- Lead by example, motivating a collaborative team to deliver exceptional results.
- Be at the forefront of innovation, helping the practice evolve through smarter systems, better processes, and new technology.

Skills and Experience
You will have the following skills and experience:
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with client portfolio management experience in a UK accountancy practice.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using cloud accounting software and digital tools.
- A confident leader who builds strong client relationships and brings out the best in others.
- Forward-thinking, proactive, and always looking for better ways to work.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
