Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of clients ensuring the timely delivery of accounting and compliance services.
- Support the delivery of statutory audit engagements, working as part of the audit team and assisting with planning, fieldwork, and completion.
- Prepare and review monthly and year-end management accounts and statutory financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Supervise and support junior team members across our global service centres.
- Review tax compliance work, including VAT, Corporation Tax, P11Ds, and PSAs.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and offer strategic advice for improving financial performance.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value and support business development.
- Support billing, debt management, and the development of junior staff.

What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified ACA or ACCA
- Strong financial reporting and statutory accounting experience.
- Previous experience managing month-end and year-end reporting cycles.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified - Candidate must be fully Qualified
