Profile
We are looking for a commercially minded marketing professional with experience developing and delivering customer-focused programmes within a complex B2B environment (Professional Services, Finance, Technology)
Experience needed:
- Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing or client engagement
- Extensive B2B marketing experience in Professional Services, Finance, Technology (These industries are essential)
- A strong understanding of customer journey planning and relationship-building strategies
- The ability to use data and customer insight to inform decision-making and drive results
- Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes

Job Offer
£65k - £70k + Bens
Fully remote role (Must be based in the UK)
Occasional travel to London needed for meetings/events
