Role Overview
To be accountable in leading the Technical Service and Implementation of product in the UK, delivering performance and growth, in line with overall Redcat business strategy.
Managing implementations in a timely manner and building the customer relations both through the implementation process and ongoing. Being able to see and deliver opportunities to grow Redcat’s success and strong customer retention.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Operations (Implementation)
- To be accountable in leading the Central Operations, Technical Service and Implementation process in performance and growth, with overall Redcat business strategy.
- To create an environment and conditions that replicates service excellence, through a data driven approach.
- To optimise performance through operational efficiency and applying best practices for service delivery.
- Forecasting project pipelines and timelines.
- Leading delivery of software to customers posts sales, ensuring key implementation KPI’s are met.
Account Management
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow and retain Redcat accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the accounts.
- Building and delivering Quarterly reviews – identifying areas for optimization with customers in line with their business priorities.
- Identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Collaborating with other senior leaders to ensure that the organization's goals and objectives are aligned with those of its key accounts.
- Providing regular updates and reports on key account performance to executive leadership.
- Escalating significant issues impacting the level of performance and engagement from key accounts.
- Ensuring that all key accounts are in compliant with contractual obligations.
- Leveraging key account data to:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of key accounts.
- Identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary data to effectively manage key accounts.
- Collaborating with Marketing to proactively communicate with, manage and grow the ‘long tail’ of small to mid-tier accounts.

- Support other business functions in UK to deliver Redcat strategic goals and initiatives including assisting in Sales presentation as and in customers support when requested.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in Australian and UK, influencing them to enable business improvements and facilitate innovative solutions that align with the Redcat strategic plans.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal departments, and trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Qualifications
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years of account management experience in a SAAS or technology business.
- Strong account management fundamentals.
- Commercial with the ability to understand key business drivers both of Redcat and customers.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated, driven by achievement of goals and customer success.
- Proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM’s.
- Worked in a global organisation, understanding nuances and processes.
- Agile and can-do attitude, willingness to assist other UK teams if required.
- Willing to be a team player, showing leadership as a key member of the UK team.
- Project management experience – managing onboarding, implementation and renewal processes.
