Client Onboarding Analyst

Location: Belfast
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary/Rate: Approx. £33,000 - £34,000 per annum

Role Overview

This role is a great starting point for anyone looking to build a career in corporate finance and banking operations. You will learn the processes and systems needed to successfully onboard new and existing clients. Working closely with your team, you will analyze facts to make sound decisions and solve problems as you gain technical experience. Your daily tasks and attention to detail are crucial to the overall success of the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Process and manage onboarding steps for new and existing clients.
  • Compliance: Make sure all regulatory and compliance requirements are strictly followed.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Organize your daily work to meet deadlines and service agreements.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle client needs while keeping quality assurance high.
  • Strong background in communicating with internal teams and external clients.
  • An interest in, or knowledge of, corporate finance and banking.
  • Ability to accurately follow complex procedures that may change over time.
  • Solid relationship-building skills.
