Weโre looking for a friendly and organised Client Onboarding Concierge to support new clients through a smooth and professional onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Respond to client questions clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate onboarding steps, appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records and onboarding information.
- Resolve basic issues and escalate complex queries when required.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Keep clients informed throughout each stage of onboarding.
