Client Onboarding Concierge (Remote UK)

Weโ€™re looking for a friendly and organised Client Onboarding Concierge to support new clients through a smooth and professional onboarding experience. This entry-level remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly and making sure every client feels supported from the start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Respond to client questions clearly and professionally.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps, appointments and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records and onboarding information.
  • Resolve basic issues and escalate complex queries when required.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Keep clients informed throughout each stage of onboarding.
