Client Onboarding Executive | 12-Month Contract
Knutsford | Hybrid
£30,000
Meraki Talent are working with a financial services business who are looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to join their team on a 12-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in client onboarding, account opening, or financial administration, who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and has a strong eye for detail.
Client Onboarding Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, ensuring accounts are established accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Managing the onboarding process for new clients from initial application through to account opening.
- Setting up and administering GIA, ISA, and pension accounts.
- Reviewing client documentation and ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Carrying out appropriate checks and resolving any discrepancies or missing information.
- Liaising with clients to obtain outstanding documentation and providing updates throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems.
- Responding to client queries professionally, providing a high level of customer service.
- Identifying and resolving onboarding issues, escalating more complex queries where appropriate.
- Ensuring all processes are completed in accordance with regulatory and internal procedures.

- Previous experience in financial services, dealing with client onboarding, account opening.
- Exposure to GIA, ISA, and pension products would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to administration.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine customer-focused approach and confidence dealing directly with clients.
- The ability to investigate issues, identify missing information, and see tasks through to completion.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
