Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for client integrations, including APIs, ATS platforms, and other third-party systems.
  • Partner with internal resources and client technical teams, to successfully integrate with new or existing clients and launch integrations on schedule.
  • Established as a subject matter expert on how to configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain our integrations with various third-party vendors.
  • Engage with and maintain a strong working relationship with the Partnerships team to ensure a brand-positive position with both our clients and integration partners.
  • Act as the first line of defense for troubleshooting integrations and API-related issues, escalating to internal technical teams or third-party vendors as needed.
  • Monitor integration progress against milestones to ensure delivery within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Maintain integration documentation, testing results, and configuration notes for knowledge management and future reference.
  • Provide guidance and support for clients and partners seeking to leverage our APIs and integration capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying efficiencies, documenting best practices, and enhancing integration processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client onboarding, systems integration, or technical implementation.
  • Familiarity with integrations and APIs strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical requirements, especially with APIs and integration fields, and translating them into technical configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
