Neon Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Client Onboarding Lead to join their growing Bristol-based team on a full-time, permanent basis, with hybrid working options available (2 WFH Days / 3 Office Days).

Please note: This is not an IT or software implementation role. We're looking for someone from an Insurance or Financial Services background with experience onboarding clients, business partners or suppliers. You'll lead the operational implementation of new business, ensuring new partners, products and services are successfully onboarded and embedded into business-as-usual operations.

  • SALARY: Circa £40,000-£50,000 DOE per annum | Annual Profit Related Bonus*

About the Role of Business Implementation Lead

As Business Implementation Lead, you'll take ownership of the operational onboarding and transition of new clients, business partners, suppliers, products and services. Acting as the central point of coordination, you'll bring together stakeholders across Operations, Claims, Finance, and Compliance to ensure every new business opportunity is implemented effectively, governance requirements are met, and a seamless transition into business-as-usual operations is achieved

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation of new business, partners, products and services
  • Coordinate projects across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage implementation plans, timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Ensure operational readiness ahead of go-live, including processes, controls, training
  • Coordinate partner and supplier onboarding, integration and transition
  • Manage governance, approvals and due diligence requirements
  • Resolve issues and keep implementation activity on track
  • Coordinate testing, training and operational handovers
  • Provide clear stakeholder updates and reporting
  • Ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Hybrid in Bristol

What You Will Bring

You'll be an experienced Business Implementation, Project Management or Business Analysis professional from an Insurance or Financial Services background, with a proven track record of coordinating business change and onboarding new clients, business partners or suppliers. A confident communicator, you'll enjoy bringing together diverse stakeholder groups to deliver successful operational implementations and seamless transitions into business-as-usual. Insurance or Financial Services experience is essential.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Implementation, Project Management and/or Business Analysis
  • Proven experience onboarding clients, business partners, suppliers or third-party providers and coordinating new business implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external teams
  • Experience managing implementation plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and action trackers
  • Experience coordinating operational readiness through to successful go-live and transition into business-as-usual
  • Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working within regulated and governance-led environments
  • Exposure to regulatory, audit, due diligence or compliance activities would be advantageous
